General Management (M.A.)
Master of Arts in General Management
Admission requirement for the Master programme of four semesters is a Bachelor or comparable degree acquired in business/economics.
Students decide themselves on how to organize their Master studies. They may combine courses from a range of seminars/lectures - with German or English as language of instruction – in business economics and general management, fundamental studies in humanities and arts, or individual projects. They are free to opt either for generalistic education or specialization, choosing from a wide range of disciplines.
Major subjects like “Health Economics and Management”, “Cultural Economics and Management” or “Family Businesses” are listed in a “Diploma Supplement” and certified with the Master certificate.
The focus may therefore be either on research or application oriented studies, depending on students’ individual objectives. The programme concludes with a Master thesis scheduled for the duration of one semester.
