Learning Agreement

In order to ensure recognition of your studies abroad via ECTS it is obligatory to set up a detailed time-table with all teaching events/classes you will attend at your host university prior to your departure. Please confirm this time-table with the international coordinator at your faculty.  
You will then sign a learning agreement covering all teaching events/classes you plan to attend and the corresponding credit points. Recognition of one semester requires a total of 30 credit points.

This learning agreement must be submitted to Uta Wolf, ERASMUS coordinator.

Any changes in this agreed time-table occurring at your host university must be recorded on a change form as an addendum to the learning agreement and confirmed by your home university. In these cases please contact Uta Wolf.

Upon conclusion of your studies abroad you will receive a written summary of your academic achievements (Transcript of Records) by your host university, to be submitted to the international coordinator at UWH for recognition upon your return.

For Medical students

Medical Students submit the transcript to the International Office. Details are recorded and recognition of academic achievements confirmed with the NRW examination authorities in Düsseldorf.
