Deferment semester

The following documents are required for an application for deferment:

• Application sheet for deferment duly filled in
• Statistics form for students duly filled in
• Form sheet for re-registration, deferment and exmatriculation duly filled in (to be completed via Intranet. Please remember to indicate your registration number).
• Proof of health insurance (only in case on changes)
• Please ensure that all obligations (e.g. payments) towards UW/H, your faculty, HSW, SG, the library or the university’s occupational physician have been met.
• SmartCard
