Study group homeopathy

Medical students initiated this self-organized study group for homeopathy in January 2006. 

We aim to acquire the necessary subject-related knowledge and experience to explore homeopathy as an independent intervention concept integrated into the health care system.

The introduction gives beginners an overview of basic technical terms of homeopathy, its potential and limitations. 

The next step is theoretical studies in the study group, with a focus on basic principles of homeopathy, and analysis and discussion of case reports.   

Participants have further opportunities to improve their knowledge of homeopathy at meetings with instructors, at the Wilseder Forum and various homeopathy seminars.   

Many participants deepen their studies during placements with general practitioners with a focus on homeopathy. 

Advanced homeopathy students may test their skills in a supervised anamnesis project. After theoretical preparation, students take medical histories of patients with chronic diseases and perform subsequent patient interviews, under supervision and with a maximum of 5 persons present.
