ZAM: newspaper general medicine
Witten medical students spend placements in ca. 100 general surgeries. They publish the ZAM newspaper once per semester in order to keep general practitioners up-to-date with university topics and events, and provide conceptual and didactical information on the medical model curriculum.
They report on new examination formats, clinical electives abroad, or specifics of the Witten medical curriculum, e.g. integrated curricula, or general studies in humanities and arts as obligatory elements of all curricula at UW/H.
