Shared Value and Sustainability - Are We There Yet?

Dr. Katharina Weghmann, Partner at EY and UW/H Supervisory Board Member, will talk from a practical perspective on recent developments in responsible business.

The Guest Lecture is part of the master module “Strategizing Corporate Social Responsibility” taught by Dr. Leona Henry and Prof. Dr. Guido Möllering. All members of the university are welcome. Please note that “3G”-rules apply.

Dr. Weghmann is an expert in whistleblowing, corporate ethics and systemic learning. A global Partner at Ernst & Young (EY), she heads the company's Forensic & Integrity Services division. With her EY team she builds integrity into organizational cultures with various solutions that integrate social science, behavioral sciences, and data analytics.

She obtained her doctoral degree in the field of organizational learning, leadership, and adult development at Columbia University in New York and teaches in her field at universities in Europe and New York City. At UW/H, where she has taught as well, she is a member of the university's supervisory board and also member of the Reinhard-Mohn-Institute's board of trustees.
