Participants wanted for participation in focus groups

Symbolic image of cancer

The HeLiS project is aimed at long-term cancer survivors who have completed their acute treatment. The aim is to develop a digital service that promotes health literacy and self-management. These are important resources that can provide support in coping with the late and long-term effects of the disease and treatment measures.

How can you get involved?

In order to best take into account the needs and wishes of the target group, the project team would like your help to evaluate existing services with regard to aspects of use, such as the comprehensibility of the content, suitability for everyday use and possible challenges in use, and to derive recommendations for the development of the service. By taking part, you can make a valuable contribution to the care of long-term cancer survivors.

What can you expect as a study participant?

As a study participant, you will take part in a so-called ‘focus group’ together with a total of eight other long-term cancer survivors. The focus group will take place online via Zoom in May and June 2025 and will last approximately 1 hour per meeting. You do not need any previous experience to take part, what matters is your perspective.

Further information can be found in the project film or in the flyer attached below.
