As an international student you could think that finding a student job or an internship can be quite challenging. However, thanks to the “digitale UW/H Karriere-Woche”, I was able to get interviews with different interesting companies and I got an incredible chance: soon I will start my first internship in Germany.

As an adult student from China, I can hardly imagine myself being able to break through the language, culture, and age barriers to integrate into the German job market after completing two years of master study in UWH. Until one day I surprisingly found out that the UW/H Career Service provided very professional services for international students to get in touch with local or oversea firms. Even during the epidemic, I have obtained many opportunities for one-on-one interviews with Chinese or German companies during “digitale UW/H Karriere-Woche”. I am very lucky to choose UWH and believe that I can find finally find my own path in Germany.
