About our double degree partner – the University of Buckingham

The University of Buckingham and Witten/Herdecke University have been collaborating since 2017. Both universities are private universities and were originally founded on the same idea of questioning the educational status quo prevailing in their countries and of aiming to break new ground.

And just like in Witten, students at the University of Buckingham benefit from small seminar groups and highly personalised staff/student interaction. Buckingham’s idyllic campus is located near the town centre on the banks of the River Great Ouse. Depending on the programme, Witten/Herdecke University students may expand their knowledge either in accounting, finance, investment, security, banking or diplomacy and obtain an additional international master’s degree.
