Beyond Boundaries: Promoting diverse teams in rehabilitation
Development and qualitative evaluation of a digital training programme for the integration of professionals in rehabilitation facilities using adaptive learning and nudging
Project Overview
Recruiting specialized staff from abroad is increasingly challenging for rehabilitation facilities. A key factor for the successful recruitment is the effective integration of these professionals into existing teams to maintain high-quality patient care.
Studies have shown that on-site or online training without strong individualization for the target group are often not practical, as they are either not appealing for users or financial and time resources for such training are lacking.
"Beyond Boundaries" wants to address these limitations. The aim is to develop a comprehensive digital training tool using a participatory approach and to evaluate it through both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The target group includes healthcare professionals and HR managers in rehabilitative care who want to improve collaboration within diverse teams.
