Nutritional competence and educational needs at the UW/H

What is the state of nutritional competence at the UW/H?
What nutrition-related topics should future programmes address in order to best meet the interests of students and staff? And how should nutrition-related courses be designed in order to reach as many participants as possible and strengthen nutritional competence in the long term?
 

A research project of the Integrated Curriculum for Anthroposophic Medicine investigated all of these questions as part of the Field Test project. The team is now presenting its initial findings in the online lecture "Nutritional competence and further education needs at the UW/H".

The event is aimed at anyone interested in nutrition, nutrition-related educational programmes and needs-based teaching development.
