The Career Service connects companies with students at UW/H. This gives employers the opportunity to recruit talented young people at an early stage and build strong relationships. Whether it’s an internship, a part-time student role or their first job after graduation: our students bring practical experience to the table and are ready to take on responsibility.

Are you looking for highly qualified young talent?
At the UW/H job fair, you’ll have the opportunity to present yourself as an attractive employer in a relaxed atmosphere. Engage in one-to-one conversations with our students and graduates and explore the possibilities for collaboration. This gives you the chance to attract high-potential candidates to your company.
Students attend the job fair from their first semester onwards. In this way, we encourage entrepreneurial, practice-oriented thinking and a broad perspective right from the start. University graduates use the job fair as a springboard into their careers.

Present your company exclusively at the corporate information evening – either in person or online.
You have complete freedom to organise the evening as you see fit: you can provide an overview of how to start a career or give a short specialist talk. Through direct interaction with our students, you’ll have the opportunity to present yourself as an attractive employer to the next generation of talent.
We’ll promote and organise your company information evening so that you can focus entirely on your presentation and the discussions.
A glimpse into everyday life at the company!
Invite our students to visit you.
A company tour gives our students an insight into your industry, your processes and your corporate culture. You can include a short company presentation and get to know our students personally during discussion sessions.
We’ll promote your company visit on our campus and through various internal university channels.
A breath of fresh air for your business processes
As an entrepreneur, you have the opportunity to bring a current issue from your day-to-day business life into Design Thinking workshops.
Gain new perspectives and approaches to problem-solving thanks to a creative team made up of students from a range of disciplines.
Would you like your staff to experience the workshop for themselves? We’d be happy to arrange that too. The three-day workshop is led by a professional Design Thinking trainer. The results are presented on the third day of the workshop. We’re also happy to organise a get-together or a recruitment session on request.

The digital version of the Design Thinking workshop, offered as an alternative to the face-to-face event, provides greater flexibility in terms of time, as you can organise the three workshop days to suit your schedule. You will also work online with our students on a mind map, where you can record all your questions, ideas and findings immediately. As well as the final presentation, you will receive this mind map containing all the ideas and approaches at the end of the workshop days.
