Have you successfully completed your Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or are you about to do so? With the Master’s in Psychology at Witten/Herdecke University, you’ll be taking the logical next step towards being able to practise as a psychotherapist after graduation. The Psychology programme, specialising in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, builds on the knowledge and skills you acquired during your Bachelor’s degree. It deepens your understanding of the knowledge, methods and skills at the interface between the theory and practice of clinical psychology and psychotherapy, and the research-oriented core subjects and methodological skills. The Master’s programme meets the criteria of the licensing regulations for psychotherapists and is recognised under professional law by the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of North Rhine-Westphalia.
