Supporting our students’ education

Students at Witten/Herdecke University begin working in the dental clinic from their first semester onwards. They work under the supervision of experienced dentists and oral surgeons in order to gain extensive practical experience and prepare themselves as effectively as possible for a career as a dentist. At their own request, patients are treated by students of dentistry, oral and maxillofacial medicine in what is known as the ‘student clinic’.
