The research specialisations of the Faculty of Management, Economics and Society at Witten/Herdecke University are dedicated to the challenges of our time. The aim of the research projects is to shape the future sustainably and fairly and to create added value for practice. They deal with socially relevant topics such as social change in organisations, the special features of family businesses or the causes of national and international conflicts.
