Research
Felix Hoffmann is a specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery. For the past few years, his work has focused on process development and the digitalisation of healthcare provision structures. He is a professor of digital health at Apollon University in Bremen and also works as a general practitioner in a group practice in Dortmund. As chairman of the Purpose:Health e.V. network, he is dedicated to exploring corporate law options for purpose-oriented healthcare. In August, Felix Hoffmann started as a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Health Informatics and will conduct research on the topic of the ‘purpose economy.’ In doing so, he takes a healthcare science perspective on digital transformation. He is looking forward to networking, particularly on the topics of ‘digitalisation in outpatient care’ and ‘corporate law options for shaping the purpose economy.’
