Quality standards such as the FAIR Data principles are central to the sustainable provision and usability of research data. But how can the level of quality of research data be evaluated in a well-founded and transparent manner?

The online forum will discuss how the quality of cultural data can be measured effectively. The target group of the event are operators of data platforms and repositories who are faced with fundamental questions about indicators, examination and assurance of their data quality, as well as representatives from the field of science who would like to integrate their data with good quality into corresponding offers.

The event will take place over two days: on 19 May and 20 May, from 13:00 to 16:00. The first afternoon will focus on the perspectives, needs and practices of quality assurance. The second afternoon will focus on the approaches developed by NFDI4Culture for evaluating data quality and their technical implementation. The forum will be held in German. Further information is available on the NFDI4Culture website.
