KULTURZEIT "Artistic short film"

The students of the Stufu seminar "Artistic Short Film" - under the direction of documentary filmmaker Hans Hausmann - have once again set themselves the cinematic task of creating truth from reality in the summer semester of 2025. The short films were created as part of the "ALLTAG" task and show that nothing is more astonishing than the simple truth - and nothing is more exotic than our immediate surroundings.
 

All we have to do is close our eyes and the film we want to see plays in front of our inner eye - just like in a cinema. However, the real film goes one step further: we see and experience things as they happen. We don't just see the image as a two-dimensional surface in the camera's viewfinder, but are drawn into a pictorial space - as if it were a real three-dimensional space, which it actually is at the moment the film is shot.
