The lecture "Meaningful entrepreneurship - how does it work?" will provide an insight into what successful sustainability strategies and responsible business practices can look like for companies. Gerhard Heid and Oliver Groß from the management of Sonett will report on how they have managed to become the most sustainable detergent and cleaning agent manufacturer in Germany, what is behind their foundation model and what role they play in partnership-based leadership in the "transformation field of society".
