PARTNER
Project overview
The PARTNER project is dedicated to strengthening cooperation between GPs and pharmacists. The aim of the intervention is to improve the quality of drug prescriptions for older patients who take 5 or more medications. The project will test the effectiveness of the intervention and carry out a cost-benefit analysis and process evaluation. PARTNER is funded by the Innovation Fund of the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) for the period from 1 June 2022 to 31 May 2025. The overall project is headed by Prof Tobias Dreischulte, Institute of General Practice at the University of Munich Hospital. Other consortium partners are the University of Bielefeld, Heidelberg University Hospital, aQua-Institut GMbH, the University of Regensburg and Techniker Krankenkasse.
