WIFU lecture series "Between Rigour and Relevance" in June 2025

The lecture series is dedicated to the question of how individual and collective values shape the development of organisations - especially family businesses. The focus is on the "integral approach", which combines internal dynamics such as personal values, corporate culture and attitudes with external framework conditions such as structures, processes and market requirements. Dr Bernhard Ludwig, Managing Associate of imu augsburg GmbH & Co KG, will be the guest speaker.

The event offers both theoretical foundations and practical perspectives for shaping sustainable and value-orientated development processes in companies. It is aimed at students, researchers and practitioners who want to gain a deeper understanding of the holistic development of organisations.
