Workshop for cancer patients and relatives

Symbolic image of cancer

The SETT-AID research project aims to make gender-specific differences in the effects of modern tumour therapies, side effects and quality of life visible and to identify and close gaps in care. The perspective of patients and their relatives is of enormous importance here.

In one or two workshops, 20 patients (or representatives of patient organisations) will have the opportunity to discuss relevant aspects together with the scientists. Participation is possible on site in Wuppertal or online. Approximately three hours are planned for each meeting.
participants will receive a voucher of €50 as an expense allowance. Travel expenses
will be reimbursed after prior consultation.

Participation helps to make even better use of the research findings on novel tumour therapies. For further information on the workshop and participation, please send an e-mail to: sett-aid@uni-wh.de
