Doctoral and research seminar in anthroposophic medicine

This year's doctoral studies and research seminar is dedicated to current scientific approaches in health care research and their further development. The seminar is aimed at interested parties who are planning or already carrying out scientific work for doctoral studies or a master's thesis in the field of anthroposophic medicine.
On Saturday, many institutions from Germany, Austria and Switzerland will present their current research projects. In addition, doctoral candidates will report on how they are doing or have done with their respective projects. This is intended to give all those who are looking for scientific work for their doctoral studies or Master's thesis the opportunity to get to know researchers and future supervisors.
Research and Anthroposophic Medicine?
Anthroposophic medicine combines natural science with psychology and spiritual science. It is increasingly endeavouring to verify and further develop its humanistic, sustainable and ecological concepts through research. Accordingly, the human being with his or her physical, vital, psychological and spiritual dimensions is at the centre of anthroposophical medical action and research. This opens up many possibilities for scientific questions, from theoretical and experimental basic research to clinical research with individual case studies, systematic surveys, quantitative and qualitative methods in health care research and controlled randomised studies. Anthroposophic medicine also looks at chronobiology, pharmaceutical development with nature-based medicines and medical anthropology.
Participation is free of charge for students, doctoral students and scholarship recipients; the cost for employed and self-employed participants is 50 euros.
