KULTURZEIT: From object orientation to process design - Rudolf Steiner's impulse for an expansion of science

A shelf full of old books with leather bindings.

100 years ago, on 30 March 2025, the author, scientist and artist Dr Rudolf Steiner passed away.
In his main philosophical work "The Philosophy of Freedom", he initiated a profound change that can be characterised by the transition from the "world as imagination" to the "world as perception".

In his lecture, David Hornemann v. Laer, academic staff member at the WittenLab. Zukunftslabor Studium fundamentale, examines where this impulse comes from and how it can enrich our thinking and actions. Practical exercises will give participants the opportunity to explore the tension between perception and comprehension and find out how this can open up new spaces for thought and action.

KULTURZEIT is an event organised by the WittenLab. Zukunftslabor Studium fundamentale of the university and aims to strengthen university encounters.

Participation is open to all and free of charge.
