Project overview
Doctoral project: The active involvement of patients and the consideration of their preferences in doctor-patient consultations are increasingly recognised as essential for improving patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.
The aim of the project is to provide an overview of questionnaires used to measure patient preferences regarding communication, information provision and involvement in decision-making in doctor-patient consultations and to develop a German-language questionnaire using a participatory research approach.
The results of the scoping review were published in 2025.
