WHO Collaborating Centre (WHO CC)

WHO Collaborating Centres are designated by the WHO Director-General on the basis of their high scientific and technical competence and international recognition. They support relevant programmes of the World Health Organization through targeted research, training and technical cooperation.

The WHO Collaborating Centre will address various aspects of child and adolescent health in the WHO European Region over the four-year project period, including

• Implementation of the Pocket Book of Primary Healthcare for Children and Adolescents published by the WHO as a course for medical staff
• Research projects on mortality and immunisation status of children and adolescents
• Translation and adaptation of the People's Voice Survey (PVS) for the German context and to include young people aged 15-19 in the survey
