AINS Colloquium: What We Can Learn from Emergency Medicine in Denmark

A close-up of a vital signs monitor in an operating theatre.

In the debate on emergency medicine in Germany, Denmark is often cited as an example. This is in view of the digital and structural opportunities available there, but also with regard to the experience gained from the introduction of clinical emergency medicine as a specialist field a few years ago.
This lecture offers an insight into the reality of emergency medicine in our neighbouring country – and perhaps also a glimpse of what the future might hold for Germany.

Our guest speaker is Dr Stefan Posth, from the Emergency Department at Odense University Hospital, Denmark

Participation is free of charge. Registration is required.

This live digital event forms part of the AINS Colloquium and offers doctors and nursing staff high-quality continuing professional development events in the fields of anaesthesia, intensive care and emergency medicine, pain management and palliative care.
