Learning culture and promoting resilience in multi-professional teams in the health care system
Project overview
This study examines the importance of learning culture, resilience and psychological safety in outpatient health care systems. In a first study arm, qualitative interviews were conducted with experts on the topic. In a second study arm, an adapted mind-body intervention (BERN - Behaviour, Exercise, Relaxation, Nutrition) is being tested with employees from GP practices.
The aim is to find out whether a video-based mind-body intervention can increase resilience and psychological safety, among other things, and what influence this has on well-being, job satisfaction and learning culture.
