The RMI team is looking for new members!
We are looking for two research assistants (m/f/d) to join the MARZIV project from 1 September
As part of thecollaborative project ‘Maritime Civil Defence’ (MARZIV) , we are working with the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service and the German Aerospace Centre to investigatehow to ensure team performance in extreme situations. To this end, we are developing a training programme and a course on teamwork in extreme situations. We are drawing on literature reviews and field research for this purpose. We will then test the effectiveness of the training in an experiment.
To strengthen our team, we are seeking two research assistants to join theReinhard Mohn Institute on the MARZIV project, starting on 1 September 2026 or as soon as possible: one PreDocand one PostDoc position. Both positions are part-time (30 hours per week) and, due to the nature of the project, are initially limited to three years.
