Lebenslauf

Hendrik Wilhelm ist seit Juni 2019 Inhaber der RMI Professur für Strategische Organisation an der Universität Witten/Herdecke. Er ist verantwortlich für den Studiengang Management (B.Sc.) und leitet das Forschungsprojekt AMARIS an der Universität Witten/Herdecke.

Er studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Mannheim und an der University of Auckland in Neuseeland. Nach Abschluss seines Studiums als Diplom-Kaufmann wechselte er im April 2009 an das Seminar für Allgemeine Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Unternehmensentwicklung und Organisation der Universität zu Köln. Im Rahmen seiner Promotion forschte Hendrik Wilhelm zu Wandel in organisationalen Routinen. Von September bis Dezember 2012 war er Visiting Doctoral Student an der Judge Business School der University of Cambridge. Die Promotion erfolgte im Januar 2014.

Hendrik Wilhelm wurde nach Abschluss der Promotion Habilitand an der Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaftliche Fakultät der Universität zu Köln. In dieser Zeit erhielt er Lehraufträge der Georg-August-Universität Göttingen und der Universität Mannheim. Von November bis Dezember 2016 war er Visiting Researcher an der University of Cambridge und von Februar bis April 2018 Gastprofessor an der Rotman School of Management der University of Toronto. Habilitation und Verleihung der Venia Legendi für das Fach Betriebswirtschaftslehre im Dezember 2018.
